St Ives Project
Residential Renovation - St ives NSW 2075
A complete spatial reconfiguration of an existing single-storey residence on Sydney’s Upper North Shore.
Includes new master suite, enlarged ensuite, combined bathroom/laundry, walk-in robe, and custom joinery — all resolved prior to construction.
Delivered as a 44-sheet, CDC-ready Revit documentation package.

St Ives Project — Documentation
44-Sheet CDC Application Package
Full Revit documentation package prepared for CDC application under SEPP (Exempt and Complying Development) 2008.
Includes coordinated floor plans, demolition plans, roof plans, internal elevations, wet area documentation, joinery details, schedules, and solar studies.
All drawings were developed as a fully coordinated set — enabling accurate pricing, smoother approvals, and reduced ambiguity during construction.
Hunter House
Master Ensuite Renovation — St Ives NSW 2075
Designed and documented by Cloud23 Design, built by Vulcan Building.
A reconfigured master ensuite including new Velux skylights and sun tunnels, with an existing wall and door removed to improve light, circulation, and spatial flow.
All materials, fixtures, and construction details were fully resolved and documented prior to construction — enabling a smooth build process with minimal on-site ambiguity.

Cates Place
Residential Concept Development — St Ives NSW 2075
Concept development for a residential renovation in response to a detailed client brief, spatial constraints, and budget considerations.
The scope covered spatial planning and layout reconfiguration, material direction and palette development, and early-stage documentation intent — establishing a clear design framework ready to progress to full documentation.
Developed and visualised in SketchUp. Floor plans produced in AutoCAD.
Project paused prior to construction due to client circumstances.
