I work across a range of residential projects, including kitchen and bathroom renovations, whole-home renovations, new builds, alterations and additions, and interior design projects requiring detailed documentation.
Depending on the scope, I can assist from early concept planning through to materials and finishes, FF&E, builder-ready documentation and construction support.
I also provide selected interior design and documentation services for small-scale commercial projects.
Each project is approached with the same focus: creating interiors that are thoughtful, practical, cohesive and ready to be delivered with confidence.

Yes. You can engage Cloud23 Design for a single room, several areas or a defined part of your home without committing to a whole-house design service.
This may include kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, living areas, bedrooms or selected renovation zones. Depending on the scope, I can prepare floor plans, elevations, joinery drawings, wet area details, lighting and electrical layouts, materials and finishes information, and relevant schedules.
The completed package can then be issued to your builder, trades or project team for pricing and construction.
This is a good option if you already know which part of your home you want to tackle and need clear, professional documentation to move it forward.
-
Yes. Documentation-only services are available for clients who already have a design direction, existing plans or a builder in place and need the project developed into a clear, coordinated drawing package.
Depending on the scope, this may include Revit modelling, floor plans, elevations, sections, demolition and proposed plans, wet area and joinery documentation, schedules, consultant coordination and drawing packages prepared to support DA, CDC, Construction Certificate, tender or construction stages.
I can work from architect, draftsperson or builder plans, existing CAD files, SketchUp models or marked-up drawings, and develop the documentation to the level required for the next stage of your project.
Where specialist consultant input, certification or statutory sign-off is required, I work alongside the relevant professionals to ensure the documentation is properly coordinated.
-
Yes. Cloud23 Design can work with owner-builders who already have plans in place but need professional support with the interior design decisions that bring the project together.
This may include materials and finishes selection, kitchen and bathroom design, custom joinery, flooring, tiles, stone, tapware, lighting, hardware, colour schemes and FF&E specification.
I can also prepare schedules and detailed drawings where required, giving you and your trades a clear reference throughout the build.
This service is ideal for owner-builders who want to manage the construction themselves while still having professional design guidance and a cohesive, well-resolved interior.
-
Yes. I can work from existing architectural, drafting or builder plans to further develop the interior design and detailed documentation for your project.
Depending on what you need, this may include spatial planning, kitchens and bathrooms, custom joinery, internal elevations, lighting and electrical layouts, materials and finishes, schedules and other detailed drawings required by your builder or trades.
If you already have a builder engaged, I can also work alongside them and other consultants to coordinate the interior design and documentation, helping ensure the design intent is clearly communicated and carried through into construction.
-
No. You can contact Cloud23 Design at any stage of your project, whether you’re starting with an idea, already have plans in place, or your renovation is underway.
If you do have architectural, drafting or builder plans, these are helpful and can be reviewed as part of the process. If you don’t, we can discuss your project, what you’re hoping to achieve and what documentation may be required to move it forward.
It’s helpful to have a general idea of your project scope, location, timeframe and approximate budget. Photos, inspiration images or any existing documentation are also useful, but you don’t need to have everything figured out before getting in touch.
-
Yes. Depending on the stage of construction and what is still able to be resolved, I can assist with design decisions, materials and finishes, joinery, documentation and coordination during an active renovation.
The earlier I’m involved the better, but if your project is already underway, get in touch and I can advise where I can best assist.
-
Depending on the scope of your project, I can assist with design coordination and work alongside builders, architects, certifiers, engineers and other consultants as required.
Where approvals are involved, I can prepare and coordinate the relevant interior design documentation and work with the appropriate professionals to help move the project through the required process.
Any consultant involvement, approval requirements and responsibilities are discussed at the outset so everyone is clear on who is doing what and what information is required.
-
Project timeframes vary depending on the scope, complexity and level of service required.
A focused consultation or materials and finishes package may take only a few weeks, while full renovation design and documentation can extend over several months, particularly where approvals, consultants or detailed construction documentation are required.
At the beginning of your project, I’ll outline the anticipated programme, key milestones and any dependencies so you have a clear understanding of the process and timing from the outset.
-
Getting started is simple.
You can begin with a free 15-minute discovery call to talk through your project, ask questions and explore the best way forward.
If you're ready for more detailed advice, you can book a 1-hour in-home consultation to discuss your renovation goals, layout opportunities, design direction and next steps. The consultation fee is A$350 and is credited toward your project if you proceed.
You’re also welcome to send an enquiry through the contact form if you prefer to provide some background first.

I take a considered, structured approach to design — balancing creativity with clarity at every stage.
Rather than rushing to finishes or trends, I focus first on understanding how a space needs to function, then develop a design that is thoughtful, practical and well resolved.
Importantly, I don't stop at the design. I also prepare detailed interior documentation, translating the approved design into clear drawings, schedules and specifications that builders and trades can work from.
Clients value my calm, collaborative process and clear communication, helping make complex decisions feel manageable while ensuring the finished design is not only beautiful, but properly resolved and ready to build.

Each project is priced according to its scope, complexity and level of involvement required.
Cloud23 Design offers fixed-fee design services, with fees clearly outlined in a tailored proposal before any work begins. Smaller consultation-based services are priced separately.
This gives you clarity from the outset and ensures the scope, deliverables and fee are aligned with your project, timeline and budget.
-
Working together is collaborative, organised and transparent.
I guide you through each stage of the design process, helping you understand what decisions need to be made, when they need to be made and how each choice affects the overall project.
You can expect clear communication, thoughtful recommendations and a structured process that keeps the project moving without making it feel overwhelming.
My role is to bring clarity to the complexity, resolve the details and help you move forward with confidence from the first conversation through to documentation and construction.

Yes. Depending on the scope and stage of your project, many Cloud23 Design services can be delivered remotely.
Remote services may include discovery consultations, concept development, space planning, design reviews, materials and finishes selection, FF&E specification and selected documentation services.
For projects requiring detailed site assessment, measurements or more complex renovation planning, an in-home consultation may be recommended.
This flexible approach allows me to work with clients beyond Sydney and the Central Coast while maintaining a clear, collaborative and well-structured design process.
-
Cloud23 Design works with clients across Sydney, the North Shore, Upper North Shore and the Central Coast.
In-person consultations are available across these areas, with remote design services also available for selected project stages depending on scope and location.
For projects outside these regions, please get in touch to discuss whether remote support or a tailored arrangement may be suitable.
-
Budget is an important part of the design process and is discussed early so the scope and level of service can be aligned realistically from the outset.
I work with you to prioritise where to invest, where to simplify and how to make informed design decisions that balance aesthetics, functionality and cost.
If the budget and brief aren’t aligned, I’ll be clear about that early and can help you explore a more suitable scope or level of service.
-

Yes. Styling can be offered as a standalone service, depending on the scope of your project.
This may include furniture, artwork, lighting, soft furnishings and accessories, with selections tailored to your home, existing pieces and overall design direction.
For larger renovation projects, styling can also form part of the final stage of the interior design process.
