Strat Approval Documentation

Minor Works Strata Submission | Gordon, NSW

Project Description

This project involved the preparation of a concise documentation package for a proposed timber privacy screen within an existing residential strata complex in Gordon, NSW.

The scope included a site plan, external elevations, dimensional coordination, and documentation demonstrating the relationship between the proposed screen and the existing balcony structure above for strata approval purposes.

The privacy screen was designed to align with the existing material language of the complex, incorporating painted merbau timber battens to maintain visual consistency with neighbouring balconies.

While modest in scale, the project reflects Cloud23 Design’s approach to clear, proportionate documentation — balancing design intent, compliance considerations, and practical construction coordination within a tightly defined scope.
